The Berlin-based musician is commonly known for his longstanding Artcore band, The Hirsch Effekt.

Further expanding the spectrum of his music, Lappin incorporates elements of progressive metal, ambient and math core riffs to form a sonically separate identity from his main project. Lyrically, Pinhead deals with subjects such as breaking out of religious bubbles, the hyper-digitalised world and finding your own path in life to become the most authentic version of oneself.
